Corentin here promotes the wide-scale sharing of ‘low tech’, sustainable knowledge as a means to improve the world.

Four years ago, Corentin de Chatelperron travelled 14,000 kilometers alone from Bangladesh to France aboard Tara Tari, a small boat made from 40% jute fiber, a natural resource of Bangladesh. In 2013, he built Gold of Bengal, a boat made entirely of jute fiber, and is now planning a circumnavigation of the globe.
