Collecte des coproduits
Des partenariats gagnant-gagnant sont développés avec tous les producteurs de coproduits agroindustriels afin de leur proposer une solution de valorisation.

Bioconversion par l’insecte
Nous utilisons les larves de la mouche Hermetia illucens, ou Black Soldier Fly, pour valoriser et bioconvertir les coproduits organiques.

Transformation en produits finis
Les insectes sont transformés en produits finis par des procédés naturels qui n’utilisent aucun additif chimique.
