Ferme et centre d’éducation expérimenté en éco-construction, permaculture, low tech et fermentations. Propose des formations courte ou longue durée et l’hébergement.
On y trouve notamment : biodigesteur/ méthaniseur, four solaire, marmite norvégienne, chauffe eau solaire, rocket stove.
Eco-construction : cob, earthen floor, adobe, enduit chaux, structures bois et bambou
