En 2005, un groupe de jeunes corréziens se retrouve pour monter un projet commun sur la Colline de Lauconie. Ils créent l’association Le Battement d’ailes pour porter ensemble, dans une logique autogestionnaire, la construction et l’animation d’un centre de transmission agroécologique et culturel.
